Terms of Service
Who we are
ASAPP Managed is a service of deJesus.biz, operated by Gamalier de Jesús in Puerto Rico ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
The service
We set up, host, and maintain an appointment scheduling and payment website for your business on your own domain, including services, booking calendars, client inquiries, payments via Stripe Checkout, and the optional ASAPP AI assistant. Plan specifics, prices, and inclusions are listed on asapp.app.
Fees and billing
- Plans are billed as a flat monthly fee, in USD, in advance. There are no per-booking or per-appointment charges from us.
- Stripe's card processing fees (currently 2.9% + 30¢ per card transaction) are charged by Stripe on each payment, not by us.
- Pass-through costs we don't control (your domain registration if held elsewhere, video meeting services beyond what your plan includes) are billed at cost.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime. Your domain is registered in your name and you keep it, along with a full export of your services, appointments, and client list. Managed sites stay up through a 30-day grace period after a missed payment, then go offline; we keep your data available for export for 60 more days after that. Self-owned license clients keep their installed software; canceling only stops updates, security patches, and support.
Your content and data
Everything you or your clients put into your site (services, photos, appointments, client details) is yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and back it up in order to run the service. We may use your site's name and screenshots as a portfolio reference unless you ask us not to.
Your responsibilities
- Describe your services accurately and honor the appointments your site accepts.
- Comply with laws that apply to your business: licensing, taxes, and any rules specific to your profession.
- Keep your login credentials private and tell us promptly about any suspected breach.
- Don't use the service for anything unlawful or deceptive.
Payments
Client payments run through your own Stripe account under Stripe's terms; payouts go directly to your bank. We never hold your money. Refunds to clients are your decision and responsibility; note that Stripe does not return its processing fee on refunds.
AI features
The ASAPP AI assistant produces drafts (service descriptions, newsletters, replies) from your data. Drafts can be wrong; you review and publish them, and you're responsible for what your site says.
Third-party services and trademarks
Video meetings use Zoom; Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., and ASAPP is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zoom. Your use of Zoom is subject to Zoom's own terms.
Availability and warranty
We aim to keep your site up continuously and host on reputable infrastructure (Netlify, Supabase, Stripe), but the service is provided "as is" without warranties; no website has perfect uptime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect damages such as lost appointments or lost profits.
Termination by us
We may suspend or end service for non-payment (after the grace period above) or for material breach of these terms, with notice and your data export rights intact.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes get an email to active clients and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.
