Clear expectations
Cancel anytime. Your domain is registered in your name and you keep it, along with a full export of your services, appointments, and client list. Managed sites stay up through a 30-day grace period after a missed payment, then go offline; we keep your data available for export for 60 more days. Self-owned clients keep their installed software for good; canceling only stops updates, security patches, and support.
