Who we are
ASAPP (Appointment Scheduling and Payment Processing App) and ASAPP Managed are products of deJesus.biz, operated by Gamalier de Jesús in Puerto Rico. ASAPP Managed builds and hosts appointment and payment websites for service businesses. Contact: email us.
What we collect on this website
- Quote requests: the name, email, and business details you type into the form, used only to reply to you.
- Basic analytics: anonymous page views and approximate region, to understand what visitors read. No advertising trackers.
What we handle when you become a client
- Your account and site content: services, photos, calendars, prices, and settings you put into your ASAPP site.
- Your clients' data, on your behalf: when a client books an appointment or sends an inquiry on your site, their name, contact details, and appointment history are stored in your site's own isolated database. You own and control that data; we process it only to run your site.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Payouts go to your own Stripe account.
Where data lives
Each managed client site runs on its own isolated Supabase database (hosted on AWS, United States regions) and is served through Netlify's CDN. Backups follow those providers' standard practices.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data. Ever.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on client sites.
- We don't use your clients' data for anything except operating your site.
Third-party services
We rely on: Stripe (payments), Supabase (databases and authentication), Netlify (hosting and DNS), Brevo (transactional email and newsletters, when you enable them), Zoom (video meetings, when you enable them), and Anthropic (the optional ASAPP AI assistant; it works only on your own site's data and its drafts are never published without your review). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data export and deletion
You can request a full export of your services, appointments, and client list at any time, and it's included when you cancel. To delete your account and its data, email email us; we remove production data within 30 days of a confirmed request, after which it survives only in short-lived backups.
Children's privacy
Our websites and services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes get an email to active clients.
